Hi, I'm Dr. Megan Griffiths.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I believe that life can be difficult, and most people are doing the best they can with the tools and experiences they have. My hope is that therapy offers an opportunity to better understand yourself, navigate challenges more effectively, and build a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling.
My goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are, without fear of judgment. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling in relationships, navigating a major life transition, or trying to better understand how ADHD affects your daily life, we can work through it together.
